We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Shift: Day shift preferred (flexibility may be available)

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents.

• Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing.

• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.

• Communicate with the therapy team, nursing staff, and families.

• Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Prior long-term care/skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
