Family Law Attorney / Litigator
Job Description
Family Law Attorney
(Flexible, Remote, Part-to-Full-Time Path)
Are you an experienced Colorado Family Law Attorney looking to step away from the traditional firm grind without stepping away from meaningful legal work? If you want a sustainable, rewarding practice that respects your time, autonomy, and personal life, this role may be the perfect fit.
Philip Goldberg PC is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our small, remote-friendly practice and manage domestic relations cases with independence and confidence. This position is designed to begin as overflow support and gradually build into a full caseload over time (6 to 9 months) — ideal for an attorney who values flexibility, balance, and high-quality work without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Or perhaps you want to maintain a smaller caseload? For the right attorney, that is an option, too!
Why This Role Stands Out
A Thoughtful Re-Entry Opportunity
This position is exceptionally well-suited for an experienced practitioner who may have stepped away from full-time practice (e.g., stay-at-home parent, sabbatical, career pivot) and is ready to re-engage with meaningful legal work at a sustainable pace.
Autonomy From Day One
You must be capable of independently managing domestic relations files, conducting hearings, and trying cases without hand-holding. This role is not appropriate for recent graduates or attorneys seeking intensive supervision.
True Flexibility
Work 100% remotely, set your own schedule, and maintain control over your work-life balance. Outside of trials, hearings, and monthly team lunches, your time is yours.
