$120,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with client goals.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating zealously on their behalf.
Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process.
Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages growth and learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in civil litigation with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Ability to lead and manage cases independently from inception to resolution.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with senior attorneys and clients.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision.
- Demonstrated ability to represent clients zealously in court and mediation settings.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain open and proactive client relationships throughout the litigation process.
