Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services to our residents, including assessment, treatment, and documentation of progress
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide
