Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care to our residents. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident conditions

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri.

• Experience in a skilled-nursing, senior living or related setting preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
