- $18.00 - $21.00 per Hour
- Full-Time | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing
- Grind rubber-coated rolls to precise customer specifications
- Monitor dimensions and quality throughout the grinding process
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Work safely around industrial machinery and moving equipment
- Assist with production and material handling activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial grinding equipment
- Experience using measuring tools, including calipers and diameter tapes
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lathes is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and stooping
- Ability to safely handle and manipulate large equipment and materials
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
