PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic care that helps residents improve independence, mobility, and daily living skills.

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to residents

• Monitor and document resident progress and report changes to the therapy team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Encourage residents and provide compassionate patient-centered care

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations

• Current COTA license/certification in the State of New Jersey

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
