Seeking 3-5 year associates with general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience including:
- Class action and representative actions
- Single plaintiff
- General employment advice and counsel
- Discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and conducting/defending depositions
- Evidentiary hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions, and trial
- Research and writing skills
Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
