Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a school-based assignment. This is a unique opportunity to work within a special education setting, supporting students and collaborating with educators and families to deliver impactful therapy services.

- Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: School-Based / Special Education
- Location: Wyoming
- Schedule: 4 Days per Week | 4 Hours per Day
- Duration: 29 Weeks (School Year)
- Start: Immediate / Upcoming School Year

- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Provide recommendations for student care and development

- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Active Physical Therapist License (Wyoming or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Flexible delivery: onsite and/or virtual based on program needs
- Supportive environment with a small caseload
