We're a local, veteran- and family-owned company hiring Journeyman Plumbers across Cecil County. We built this place knowing exactly what's wrong with most plumbing jobs: the on-call grind, the stagnant pay no matter how hard you work, the "we're like family" speech while you're skipping your kid's game for the third week in a row. We're not interested in running our team that way.
- Performance-based pay that rewards the work you actually put in. Our techs earn up to $185,000 a year.
- 8AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday. No on-call rotation, no regular weekend shifts. When your day ends, it ends.
- A take-home van, fully stocked with new Milwaukee power tools. Leave from home, head straight to the job, with the gear to get it done right.
- 3 weeks of paid PTO per year. Use it for vacation, sick days, or anything else life throws at you.
- Quarterly performance and pay reviews. We look at what you've built and we adjust accordingly.
- Costco membership. Small thing, but it adds up for your family.
- A real path forward. We're growing fast across Cecil, Harford, and Chester County. If you want to move up, we'll make that happen.
Residential service and repair: diagnosing problems, installing and repairing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems. - Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- Residential plumbing experience
- Clean driving record
- Someone who takes pride in the work and treats customers like neighbors, not ticket numbers
