Pay & Rewards

Pay Range: $30.43 - $36.02

  • $2,500 Stay Bonus ($1,250 after 6 months; $1,250 after 1 year)

What you will tackle
  • Inspect and test products to specification; verify dimensions and visual standards (cracks, pits, incomplete welds).
  • Calibrate and maintain monitoring/measuring devices with on-time, accurate records.
  • Assess and improve test, inspection, and operating procedures; create or revise quality systems and control plans.
  • Resolve quality and manufacturing problems by investigating, collecting data, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure robust process controls with Operations and Quality teams.
  • Identify, quarantine, and communicate non-conforming product.
  • Provide training in quality control and operational best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring to the floor
  • Ability to align others to a shared quality vision; perseverance to deliver long-term improvements and continuous change.
  • Skill in diagnosing complex business/technical issues and providing effective technical solutions.
  • Comfort with regulatory requirements and technical documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; superb organization and multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive contributor with a track record of initiative.
  • Working knowledge of plant safety policies and position-specific procedures.
  • Computer fluency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Above-average math and reasoning; arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Hands-on capability with micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, OD tapes; mechanical testing experience.
  • Ability to lift materials/equipment as needed; read and write English.
  • High School diploma/GED and proven manufacturing experience.
