The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. Your expertise will help residents recover strength, improve mobility, and get back to doing the things they love—all while being part of a supportive and collaborative care environment.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or limitations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support overall recovery goals
Document therapy sessions and track resident progress
Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement techniques and home exercise programs
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas PT license
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
Flexible PRN availability and a team-first attitude
Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of independence
