Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

A Day in the RoleYou clock in for a steady day shift and begin by reviewing work orders. You’ll move between indoor production areas and outdoor staging as needed, assembling and taking apart components to precise specs. You’ll load materials onto machines, unload finished or scrap items, and keep product flowing through the facility. With the right hand and power tools, you’ll cut, measure, and prepare pieces so the next step runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you relocate materials around the site, support machine operations, and keep your workspace clean and safe.
Core Responsibilities- Build and break down parts and products according to instructions and quality standards.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and products from containers, trucks, and machines.
- Operate hand and power tools safely to cut, measure, and prep materials for production.
- Assist with machine loading and unloading to maintain throughput.
- Transport and stage materials across the facility and worksite as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, hazard-free environment; follow safety protocols at all times.
- Perform additional general labor and production support tasks as assigned.
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, production, or warehouse settings.
- Skilled in safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and committed to quality work.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or collaboratively.
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Push or pull materials that may exceed 50 lbs.
