CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a manufacturing team in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of quality control or quality inspection experience and strong attention to detail.

Job Details

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections on products and components.
  • Check products for accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications.
  • Use measuring and inspection tools as required.
  • Document quality results and report issues to supervisors.
  • Follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Support continuous quality improvement efforts.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of quality technician, quality control, or inspection experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify defects and quality issues.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work across 1st and some 2nd shift hours.
  • Manufacturing or machining experience is a plus.
