Create, manage, and maintain daily and weekly staffing schedules
Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts
Track and document call-offs, tardiness, and schedule changes
Coordinate open shifts and communicate staffing needs with department leaders
Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts
Schedule interviews with recruiters and department managers
Assist with employee performance review processes as needed
Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and company policies
Build positive relationships with employees while supporting daily staffing operations
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum of two years of staffing coordination experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
UKG experience preferred
Strong scheduling, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
Full-Time
Must participate as Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled
