Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities & QualificationsMaintain an active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards
Flexible scheduling – Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
