Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with various physical impairments and disabilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and group classes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
