Your Impact In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing care, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient status, and communicate closely with the care team. Experience with straight catheterizations, enteral feedings, and Baclofen pump management is required to ensure safe and effective patient care. Schedule & Location This position is based in Huffman, TX and follows a consistent 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM rotating schedule. Week 1 includes Tuesday through Thursday, and Week 2 includes Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates must be available for all scheduled shifts. What We're Looking For We're seeking an LVN with an active Texas license, current CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and at least one year of nursing experience. The ideal candidate is confident, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable managing complex clinical needs in the home setting.
