Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients with various medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals and needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
