We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) to join our school team to work in schools all over Ocean County NJ.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP)Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing physical therapy or speech language pathology services to patients in their homes or schools, including evaluation, treatment, and communication with patients and families
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting patient progress and communicating with patients and families regarding treatment outcomes
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
