Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 181-bed facility located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. As a Weekend LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while ensuring a smooth transition from weekend to week. LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and specimen collection
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately and timely

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
