Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal communication and swallowing skills
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, in a variety of settings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or equivalent experience
Current state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (e.g., ASHA CCC-SLP)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
