Location: AZ, 85006
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – Aug 8, 2026)
Pay Rate: $1553 – $1747 per week
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12s: Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Assist PT with acute care treatment plans and patient mobility
Monitor, document, and report patient progress
Support safe, effective rehabilitation in hospital setting
Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant license
Minimum 1 year experience in hospital acute setting
Current BLS certification
