Job Summary:
The Lodge At Brookline is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of patients with communication disorders
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to improve cognitive, speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify goals and develop strategies for achieving those goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in speech therapy
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Oklahoma state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
