We are currently seeking caring and hard-working Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.

  • Implement and document therapeutic interventions to support patient progress and rehabilitation goals.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational and physical therapists, to provide holistic care.

  • Educate patients and families about communication disorders and rehabilitation techniques.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team-based care discussions.

  • Stay current with best practices and developments in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.

  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation or subacute care setting is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
