Work-Life Balance
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Manage a general practice caseload
- Perform surgery aligned with your experience and interests
- Collaborate with a strong, supportive team
- Build meaningful client relationships
- Gain exposure to advanced procedures and diagnostics (Advanced ear/otology cases, laparoscopic & laser procedures, CT-based diagnostics and complex case work)

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base {$160,000 - $200,000} + Production (ProSal, No Negative Accrual)
- Up to $50,000 Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, + Housing support available
