Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a fabrication welder to support a local manufacturer in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld components using jigs/fixtures and create sub-assemblies
• Read and apply information from blueprints, specs, and schematics
• Measure materials accurately with a tape and verify tolerances
• Join and fabricate parts to meet production output and quality standards
• Work safely and maintain consistent, high-quality welds

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Skill in interpreting technical drawings/blueprints
• Pass a weld test as part of the hiring process

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods during shifts
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while working on equipment

Production Focus

• Set up welding stations for repeatable production runs
• Blueprint reading to verify fit-up and final dimensions

Tools & Technologies

• MIG Welder (GMAW)
• Stick Welder (SMAW)
