Qualifications:
Current Missouri LPN license

Strong communication and clinical skills
LPN Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care
Support residents in activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain patient history and documentation
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal care
