Job Summary:

As an LPN at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents under the supervision of our experienced medical and nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Competitive Pay: $27 - $39 HOURLY with opportunities for shift differentials and higher pay scales

• Shift Differentials: $7 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3 shift differential for 3rd shift
