Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry Level)Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Machine Operator with basic machining experience to support daily production operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shop experience who is willing to learn and grow into more advanced machining responsibilities, including CNC operation and setup.Key Responsibilities:Operate production machines safely and efficientlyLoad and unload parts and materialsFollow work instructions and job travelersPerform basic in-process inspections using calipers and gaugesDeburr and clean parts as requiredMonitor machine operation and report issues to supervisorMaintain clean and organized work areaFollow all safety policies and proceduresQualificationsRequired:High school diploma/GED or equivalentPrevious manufacturing or machining experienceAbility to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred)Ability to read simple prints and follow instructionsBasic math skills (including decimals and fractions)Strong work ethic and reliabilityPreferred (but not required):Exposure to CNC machines (loading parts, offset adjustments, tool changes)Understanding of basic machine shop practicesExperience working in a production environmentWhat We're Looking ForWillingness to learn and be trainedPositive attitude and team mindsetAttention to detailAbility to take direction and accept feedbackMechanical aptitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbsWork in a manufacturing environment (noise, coolant, metal chips)This position involves access to technical data and information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
