As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive staff to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and treating residents with a variety of physical therapy needs, including mobility, strength, and endurance
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
From $55 an hour - PRN
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations to assess resident needs and progress
Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide direct physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
Monitor and document resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to discuss resident care plans and progress
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current State license as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations
