Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week assignment in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient assessments

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license or compact license eligibility

• Current BLS certification

• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
