Current LPN license in Missouri
Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living
Encourage residents to socialize and engage for mental and emotional well-being
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collect, track, and maintain patient history; document new data
Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)
Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
