Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

The Palace Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and functional abilities

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Current PTA license in the State of New Jersey

• SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
