• Set up, operate, and monitor precision machines used to manufacture gauges and valves
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and consistent product quality
• Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures and gap/feeler gauges, to verify specifications
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production and machine performance records

• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to machine operation
• Strong measuring and math skills, including reading tape measures and using precision gauges
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Previous machine operating experience is preferred, but not required
