Subarc Welder/Day Shift/$23-$26 DOE/ Claremore
Hours: Mon- Thurs 5am-3:30pm

Abundant Solutions is seeking experienced Subarc Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore. This role focuses on high-production welding of large structural steel components using submerged arc welding (SAW) equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate submerged arc welding (SAW) machines
- Weld long seams on large steel components (plates, poles, beams)
- Set and adjust machine settings (voltage, wire feed, travel speed)
- Monitor and maintain flux and wire feed systems
- Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and consistency
- Perform minor repairs or rework as needed
- Work with cranes or positioning equipment to handle large materials
- Follow all safety and production standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Subarc welding or heavy production welding
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Understanding of welding settings and machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Reliable and ready to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in structural steel or large-scale fabrication
- Overhead crane or material handling experience
