OverviewProcessing will involve use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product or may involve the use of powered equipment such as saws, wizard knives or skinner machines. Work environment is cold and damp with temperature of less than 45 degrees. It is fast paced and physically demanding position.ResponsibilitiesStand entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platformLifting, pulling, pushing, or carry at least 50 lbsTolerate repetative motion using your hands/wrist/arm/torso and legsWill be required to use the proper equipment to trim, debone, skin meat product.Must be willing to work with sharp knives, some power equipment and / or sawsAbility to work in cold/damp indoor working conditionsQualificationsMust wear all PPE - Safety is the main requirementAbility to work well under pressureBeef Processing experience a plus
