Regal Staffing Services is urgently hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for a manufacturing company located in the Dallas, TX 75247 area.

Shift:1st shift 6am-2:45pm Monday- Friday, Saturdays for OT (Mandatory overtime when needed)

Pay Rate $18/hr

Job Description:

Perform mechanical assembly of valves, flow control units, and hydronic system components using hand and power tools
Align, fit, and fasten parts, seal joints, install fasteners, gaskets, O-rings, etc.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds
Complete routine/preventative maintenance on equipment; troubleshoot malfunctions; report issues to supervisor
Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience (mechanical or industrial preferred)
Ability to use hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, and basic measuring devices
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good dexterity (grasping, manipulating small parts)
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Steel Toe boots required
Must work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass background and drug screen
