What You'll Do
You'll independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution while collaborating with attorneys, staff, clients, insurance carriers, and experts.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing cases through every stage of litigation, including trial when necessary
- Developing litigation strategy and advising clients
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing persuasive written work product
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Managing discovery and coordinating expert witnesses
- Maintaining client communication and providing timely case updates
- Recording billable time and complying with insurance carrier billing guidelines
- Delivering exceptional legal representation and client service
What We're Looking For
The ideal attorney has:
- Experience managing the full litigation lifecycle
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Prior trial experience
- The ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
- Experience in insurance defense and civil litigation
- Knowledge of insurance carrier reporting requirements, litigation guidelines, and task-based billing
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Active Colorado Bar admission (or the ability to obtain admission)
Years of experience matter less than your ability to confidently handle litigation and produce outstanding work.

- Base salary starting at $145,000+, depending on experience
- Total compensation potential of $250,000–$300,000+

Work Schedule
