Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Production Technician position for our client.
Location: Bedford, NH
Duration: Client Permanent Placement
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11:30 pm
Rate: $31. 82 hourly ($35.00 hourly after 90 days)
Duties:
- Perform a variety of production and manufacturing processes used in the fabrication and assembly of precision products.
- Perform eyeleting, drilling, laser processing, printing/etching, soldering to J-STD-001 standards, and light assembly.
- Use hand tools, fabrication equipment, and established manufacturing techniques to complete production activities.
- Work at a variety of production workstations as business and production needs require.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to understand requirements, resolve issues, and meet production schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuously develop proficiency in assigned production processes.
Skills:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication equipment.
- Good computer skills and meticulous record-keeping abilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting scheduled timelines.
- Flexibility to work across different production workstations as needed.
- Bonding, lamination, and plating experience is preferred.
- Aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of proven work-related production or manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with less experience who demonstrate the appropriate skills and aptitude may be considered.
- Experience performing hands-on assembly, fabrication, soldering, or other manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment is a plus.
- U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is up to $35.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
