Salary range: $41.54 - $45.65

30 hours

M-F

No weekend rotation

Travel required between sites

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to clients across varied communication disorders.

  • Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality targets within a pipeline-driven framework.

  • Adhere to regulatory, payer, and facility policies; ensure ethical practice.

  • Set measurable therapy goals aligned with family and care team expectations.

  • Document progress and outcomes in timely, compliant EHR notes.

  • Engage families and caregivers to support consistency and carryover in therapy.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and pursue ongoing professional development.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine treatment plans and demonstrate impact.

  • Lead community outreach and education to raise awareness of speech-language pathology services.

  • Maintain a positive, growth-focused mindset and contribute to a collaborative culture.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure.

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy across a range of communication disorders.

  • Adhere to regulatory, payer, and facility policies; ethical practice.

  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets within a pipeline-driven framework.
