Midlevel Corporate M&A Associate
Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC (multiple offices available)
Experience Level: 3–5 years
Salary: $210,000 – $260,000
Schedule: 2,000 billable hours per year for additional $50k - $80k year-end bonus.
Role Overview
This role supports middle-market and complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. The associate will draft and negotiate core transaction documents, manage due diligence, and take an active role in deal execution, with increasing responsibility over time.
