About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Calvert Manor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Have previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
• Be able to work Weekends only or Part Time
