In-House Rehabilitation Department

Hudson Park is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and independent Physical Therapist 30 – 40 hours per week to join our In-House Rehabilitation Department. Days and hours are flexible, making this an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and help restore day-to-day functionality

• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants

• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)

• Comply with all federal and state professional requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Current New York State Physical Therapy licensure

• Responsible, caring, and dedicated — committed to helping patients achieve personal development milestones

• Effective and engaging verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
