Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Care

Location: Greater New York Area (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Elmhurst, Queens, and surrounding areas)

Lila Medlink is partnering with a leading New York home care agency to recruit experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). In this role, you'll provide in-home speech therapy services to both pediatric and geriatric patients across the Greater New York area.

Position Details

• Home Care
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Coverage areas include Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Elmhurst, Queens, and surrounding communities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Minimum Requirements

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Minimum of 1 year of home care Speech-Language Pathologist experience
• Experience working with both pediatric and geriatric patient populations
• Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates will not be considered
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Medicaid experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
