LPN – Memory Care (3PM–11PM Shift) and (11PM-7AM) available

Riverwalk Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care team for the 3PM–11PM shift and Night shift. This position plays a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents living with memory-related conditions in a warm and caring environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 3PM–11PM Shift
• Required to work every other weekend

Pay

• $20–$26 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the Wellness Director
• Assist caregivers and support daily resident care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and community policies

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Alabama
• Experience in senior living or memory care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
