12 hour shifts 6-6 (day and night available)

2/2/3 schedule

Job Duties:

Place aluminum into age racks, following proper nesting specs and verify piece counts.
Inspect material for cut length and other potential defects when racking.
Ability to cross train in other positions in the department.
Keep work-space organized and clean, contributing to continuous improvements.
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met or exceeded on a daily basis.
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
Report any machinery issues to management.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
Manufacturing experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Good communication skills
Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Attend all safety and production trainings.

Essential Physical Functions:

Ability to work on the production floor with exposure to dust, fumes, odors, loud noise and varying temperatures.
Ability to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.
Ability to do work requiring standing with frequent stooping, bending, reaching overhead and sufficient manual dexterity to perform all aspects of the job.
Ability to lift, move parts and equipment up to 100 pounds in a team lift.

Able to work 12 hour shifts primarily standing
