Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions, under the supervision of the therapy team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices
