Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: $28 - $33 per hour based on experience

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs
Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures
Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations
Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and policies
Valid LPN license in the State of Florida required
Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
