Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $90,000 annual salary, based on experience
- $500 monthly health insurance stipend
- Unlimited internal CEU courses
- External CEU reimbursement

Schedule and Work Environment
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Approximately 12 patients per day
- One-on-one care in 40-minute treatment blocks
- 100% outpatient setting
- Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
- EMR system: Prompt
- Full administrative and clinical support staff
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care to improve function and reduce pain
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and preventative strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt EMR
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, one-on-one care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to ongoing professional growth and development
