Job Description

Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, FL. If you are ready for a change of pace, want to build meaningful relationships with your patients, and are looking for a clinic that invests in your long-term growth, this could be the right fit.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is a 100% outpatient, one-on-one care model that allows you the time and support to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will not be double-booked or rushed, but instead able to provide focused, intentional care with each patient.

The clinic prioritizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional development, making it an excellent fit for both experienced clinicians and new graduates seeking a structured and supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $90,000 annual salary, based on experience
  • $500 monthly health insurance stipend
  • Unlimited internal CEU courses
  • External CEU reimbursement
  • Two weeks of paid time off
  • Six paid federal holidays
  • Company-provided laptop for documentation

Schedule and Work Environment

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Approximately 12 patients per day
  • One-on-one care in 40-minute treatment blocks
  • 100% outpatient setting
  • Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
  • EMR system: Prompt
  • Full administrative and clinical support staff

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care to improve function and reduce pain
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and preventative strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt EMR
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, one-on-one care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to ongoing professional growth and development
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are available.
